You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information when placing an order.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory errors, misuse of promotions, or other reasonable business concerns.
VibeQuest boxes are curated surprise products.
Customers select the collector level or subscription tier, not the exact items included in a particular shipment.
Box contents may vary based on availability, sourcing, inventory, release schedules, and curation.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, VibeQuest does not guarantee:

Any suggested retail value, comparable value, or collectible value is an estimate and may change over time.
Collectible resale markets fluctuate. VibeQuest does not guarantee that any product will maintain or increase in value.
Eligible active Turbo Quest and Collector Quest members may receive Premium Duplicate Protection as described in the Subscription Policy.
Duplicate Protection applies only according to the rules stated for the applicable subscription and does not guarantee that customers will never receive similar models, variations, colors, releases, or related products.
We make reasonable efforts to ship collectible items in good condition.
Minor manufacturing variations, package imperfections, card bends, soft corners, blister imperfections, paint variations, or similar collectible-market imperfections may occur.
Unless an item was specifically sold as mint-grade or condition-guaranteed, minor packaging imperfections are not automatically considered defects.
Purchases must be made by an adult capable of entering into a legally binding transaction.
Many collectible products contain small parts and may not be appropriate for young children.
Parents and guardians are responsible for reviewing manufacturer age recommendations and safety warnings before allowing a child to use or handle any product.
VibeQuest, VibeQuestClub.com, associated graphics, artwork, photography, branding, website content, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Third-party trademarks and product names remain the property of their respective owners.
VibeQuest is not affiliated with or endorsed by third-party manufacturers unless specifically stated.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeQuest and its operating company will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
