Will every subscriber receive exactly the same box?
Not necessarily. Boxes are curated around the
subscription tier, available inventory and the
VibeQuest experience. Members may receive different
vehicles, variants or extras while maintaining a
comparable tier and overall value.
Can I choose the cars or items in my box?
No. VibeQuest is intentionally a surprise
experience. You choose the tier; we curate the
contents. Your Collector Profile may help us
understand your preferences, but it does not
guarantee specific products or vehicles.
Are chase cars guaranteed?
No. Chase products are not guaranteed unless a
particular VibeQuest offer specifically states
otherwise. When chase opportunities are available,
they may be distributed according to the terms of
that promotion or subscription benefit.
What is Premium Duplicate Protection?
Eligible Premium and Collector members are
protected against receiving the same premium
collectible SKU again within the applicable
protection period. Alternate colors, variants,
releases or related models may still appear.
Can I skip or cancel my subscription?
Eligible subscriptions can be managed through
your VibeQuest account according to the current
subscription terms. Cancellation stops future
renewals after any already-processed order or
billing obligation.
When will my VibeBox ship?
Monthly boxes are prepared and shipped according
to the fulfillment schedule shown in the
subscription terms and your account. Your account
will display relevant subscription and order
information as it becomes available.
Is VibeQuest appropriate for adult collectors?
Absolutely. VibeQuest is family-friendly, not
child-only. Premium VibeBox and Collector Vibe
Edition are designed specifically to deliver
products and presentation that make sense for
enthusiast collectors.
