VibeQuest offers recurring subscription products including Street Quest, Turbo Quest, Collector Quest, and other subscription products that may be introduced.
Unless specifically sold as a prepaid fixed-term subscription, VibeQuest monthly subscriptions automatically renew until canceled.
By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize VibeQuest and its payment processor to charge the payment method on file at each renewal.
The renewal price presented at checkout will continue to apply unless you are notified of a permitted price change.
Monthly plans are billed approximately once per month according to the subscription schedule displayed at checkout.
Shipping and taxes may be charged in addition to the subscription price unless expressly included.
Monthly subscriptions may be canceled before the next renewal.
Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not ordinarily cancel or refund an order that has already renewed and entered processing.

Once a subscription renewal has been successfully charged and the upcoming box has entered fulfillment, that shipment is generally considered committed.
We may be unable to cancel or refund that month’s box after processing begins.
If you believe a renewal was processed in error, contact us promptly and we will review the situation.
Subscribers select the subscription tier, not the individual contents.
Exact items remain a surprise and vary from shipment to shipment.
Active Turbo Quest and Collector Quest subscribers receive Premium Duplicate Protection.
We track eligible premium products shipped to your account and make reasonable efforts not to send the same premium product/SKU again during a rolling 12-month subscription period.
Duplicate Protection:
In the rare event of a tracking or fulfillment error, contact us and we will review the shipment.
If pause or skip functionality is made available, the options and deadlines displayed in your account will apply.
Not all subscription plans may support pausing or skipping.
If a recurring payment fails, we may attempt to process the payment again or contact you to update your payment method.
A subscription may be suspended or canceled if payment cannot be completed.
If subscription pricing changes, existing subscribers will receive notice when required before the new price takes effect.
Upgrades, downgrades, pauses, or tier changes may take effect immediately or at the next renewal depending on the option selected.
Canceling a subscription prevents future renewals.
It does not automatically cancel boxes already paid for or currently in fulfillment.
